The original lemon herb - these beautiful leaves are organic and hand harvested on our land and have a fresh fragrance of creamy lemon and lime. We have combined them with the highest quality chemical free Australian flake salt - produced along the Great Ocean Road in Victoria.

We love using this Lemon Myrtle Salt as a season on seafood, meats, cakes, and our favourite is as a rim salt for Margaritas.
