Byron Bush Food comes from our family farm on Bundjalung Country nestled in the Byron Hinterland . We are an Australian, non Indigenous owned business and we acknowledge the Arakwal and Widjabul Tribes as the traditional custodians of the land, sky and sea. We recognise their continuing connection to land, water and culture and we pay our respects to the elders past, present and emerging.
As caretakers of this beautiful land we’ve dedicated ourselves to continuing the natural practices undertaken before us, and honoring mother nature for what she provides. This land we steward is made up of a beautiful one acre Certified Organic Ooray orchard, surrounded by Lemon Myrtle trees, Aniseed Myrtle, Atherton Almonds, Riberries and a rainforest under regeneration - a project we are passionate about.
We're Jess & Carl and together with our young family we live wild and full of life on this land. We believe food is medicine and are dedicated to supplying our community with the most nutritious, native tasting experiences. All of our produce is lovingly picked by hand and made in small batches - we are dedicated to sustainable, ethical practices and reducing our footprint on this earth.
